The shop is run by Harlan Milton Jr., a full-stack developer with over five years of experience across cloud infrastructure, backend systems, and automated testing — currently a QA engineer at QA Wolf. Earlier, at Dragon Spirits Marketing in Austin, he was promoted from intern to senior developer and led the migration of the platform from a legacy LAMP stack to a modern Docker-based blue-green deployment, building the RESTful APIs and cloud infrastructure behind a gig-economy platform.
